Collaboration just got a little easier with Google Docs for the Gustavus domain. Previously, if you were doing committee work and wanted to share documents with colleagues, you had to upload the file and invite them to share that particular document or spreadsheet. Now you can share a folder with colleagues and the files within that folder will also become accessible to them. In addition, any files you add to that folder in the future will also be accessible to individuals who you are already sharing your folder.
And Google Docs now supports batch uploading to a specific folder, so you can add the agenda for your next meeting and the minutes from the previous meeting to your shared folder in the same step.
